Simple Jumper

I knit this for my nephew, Chris, when I was in Mexico, but washed and blocked it here in Canada before giving it to him. I used Shetland wool from Jamieson and Smith in Lerwick and 3.25mm needles. The colour is grape. I used a top down pattern that I developed over years of trial and error. It always seems to turn out the way I want it to.

Very nice. I'm sure the nephew appreciates it very much. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

Would you consider sharing and/or selling the pattern. Did you use DK weight or spindrift? Jameison Shetland Wool is one of my favorite yarns to use. The sweater is masterfully knit, the color beautiful....wish I were your nephew!

Nice work Ron, I think top-down is the way to go, and like rmbm612 wonder if you might write it up to sell or share. Great colour.

I echo the others...beautiful work! One day I will knit a sweater and I will try to use your skill as a guide and a goal! It just won't be today. I'm not ready for that yet.
