Nine Inch Needles: Boston Area Queer Men's Stitch Group

Hey All,

There's a great group of guys who gather every week in Somerville (right next door to Boston proper) to knit, crochet, cross-stitch, and hang out.

We meet on Monday evenings from 6 to 8 or 9 at Diesel Cafe in Davis Square in Somerville. We're open to queer/gay/bi/trans guys of all stripes and to any kind of stitches you like. The group members range in age from 18 (really!) to 58 or so. On any given Monday there will be between 3 and 10 of us in the back of Diesel stitching away. It's a comfortable, amiable group with newbies and experts and everyone in between. So come visit and show us what's on your needles!

(I'm one of the organizers of it, so if you're interested or curious or confused, get in touch with me here and I can tell you more.)

That's great, Jesse. If I am ever in the Boston area, I'll try to look you all up. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.
