The next project I tackled. It is a vest designed by Erika Knight.
I really love wearing it too.
That is part of why I love this vest - no picking up stitches. Just turn the work at the mid point and finish one side at a time, decreasing on the neck opening side (just before the rib pattern). The on the other side, cast off at the shoulder and knit the band only (Rib)which is grafted on to the first side. Means the only sewing is the back of the band to the neck.

That came out very nicely...perfectly classic pullover vest. I'm wondering how the neck opening is finished...do you pick up stitches around the neck edge and then just bind off?
