Vicuña

My lys lady let me hold a $300.00 skein of Vicuña the other day. It was approximately 2" in diameter x 2" tall. Not much! It was very soft though.

Knitch has a locked case

Knitch has a locked case behind the counter with most of Mario's "dream yarns" I got to fondle them recently (and hold them far away from the drool). My freind Nell is knitting a lace shawl with one of them and i swear it fellt lighter than air, and SO SOFT omg!

The stainless is pretty cool looking, too.

I only recently found out

I only recently found out about possum yarn. We have a humane trap we use to catch groundhogs who occasionaly tear up our lawns (disclaimer: the trap doesn't hurt them and we release them in the woods when we catch them), that sometimes captures a nosy possum. Perhaps next time I catch one I should shear it before releasing it.
