Lamb's Pride

Every time I'm in my LYS I have to pick up a couple of skeins of this stuff. I love to work with it and ribbing just pops out like crazy. I'm not sure I've ever worked with such wonderful single ply before. The color selection is incredible and gorgeous. Unfortunately my LYS only carries the bulky but I'm hoping to get them to carry the worsted as well then maybe I can do something other then hats with it.

Oh dear. You've sold me so now I must add some to my stash! It looks wonderfully soft and just the kind of yarn I love to work with. I've seen it in the catalogs but haven't tried it yet. Thanks for the info!

You won't regret it. I

You won't regret it. I really don't know what would make a manly yarn but according to the LYS lady I'm not the only guy who loves this stuff.

I wish I were knitting now.

I love lambs pride - when I

I love lambs pride - when I took the freeform knitting class, we did lots of playing with lambs pride (but I think we did the worsted wt) - and I love the way it looked - I bought a bunch of colors of it with plans to use it in freeform, but it is just sitting in a bag waiting for me to take action :)

I bet a cabled sweater would be pretty in it.... hmmmm... something for me to think about - maybe add to my list!
