There is a free program out there called Irfanview that converts, crops, resizes, etc pictures. Very handy, very easy to use.
NAYY - but this is a great program.
I use The Gimp. It's a very good graphics program. It comes from the Linux community but there are ports for Mac and Windows. I've read that it runs in Vista as well although I wouldn't know first hand.
Linux: because a PC is a terrible thing to waste
But it doesn't work on a Mac - hate that.
Tell me about it! Vista doesn't work with most of the applications my company supports. including our e-mail, several finance packages, attendence, etc. Really a pain!
MMario - ambiguity is cultivated, it doesn't happen in a vacuum!
I use Irfanview for almost all my graphics stuff -- There's even a version that works on Vista... nothing else seems to :-(
