Let me first say this: I've knit scarves, hats, socks, and sweaters but NEVER done anything more difficult than a simple seed stitch. Yet, when MMario put up the pattern for a Faux Spanish Lace Shawl I couldn't help but give it a try. I LOVE THIS PATTERN!
There are a few boo-boos, but I'm REALLY happy with how it turned out - and just in time for our church's annual Harvest Festival/Soup & Pie Supper/Auction on Saturday. (Anyone live in SW Michigan? I'd love to meet you -- I'll even pick up the tab for your meal!) We'll see how it goes on the auction. I'm also putting in the Pumpkin version of Ann Norling's "Kid's Fruit Cap" -- another great (and REALLY simply) pattern.
Grace and Peace,
