Collage Euryale
I am not your conventional male. I will wear whatever I want on my head as long as I like it. The name of this hat is a gorgon's name. A female that inspired me to make a hat.

Euryale is a unisex hat. In Greek mythology, Euryale (Εὐρυάλη) (pronounced UR-RYE-AH-LE) was one of the two Immortal Gorgons. The pattern is full of cables, symbolizing her intricate hairstyle full of snakes. It has been adapted for knitting a hat on the Rnd. It has a lot of versatility, for many shapes and head sizes.

Yarn: Sockenwolle 80/20 Twin by Wollmeise
Weight: Fingering / 4 ply (14 wpi) 80% Merino, 20% Nylon 510 yards / 150 grams
(Main Picture Hat at 126 sts takes 50 grams or 175 yds)

It is an un-stretched 15 " ribbing; that fits a 22 inches head when worn.

Needles: US 4, 3.50 mm double pointed needles or a circular needle with cable of 30" or more.

Thanks for stopping by!
