Linen, I thought the same thing but there's also a video showing a bit about how it was made. They knitted everything first, then unraveled it (very easy to do) bit by bit and then showed it in reverse. I thought that was ingenious and obvious - AFTER the fact!
Still it would have taken a very long time to do. If it had been me it would have taken a lot of money to sit and watch it be unraveled.
That is really cool. Can you imagine how much time it took to make that? My son is into claymation and still motion photography I have to show him this. Thanks for posting!
