Hey Boys: So, I'm starting a sweater and I knitted a swatch to check my gauge. The pattern calls for 17 sts and 24 rows = 4".
Okay, so I've been doing this for at least a couple years - knitting sweaters in the round and then grafting the sleeves (also worked in the round) to the body as part of the finishing.
Completed in 13 days (August 16-29, 2009) - using a basic top-down raglan knitting pattern and adding a technique of alternating 2 yarns every 2 rows, I created this sweater using 12 different skeins
I'm lost. Can anyone explain this *(P1, yrn, P1, yrn, P1) into next st, K1, rep from* - it's mostly the "yrn" part and the "into next st" ???????
