What's around the house

Here are a couple of scarves, the light one is the cotton that I made for myself and the red will be for me when it's done.

A newfound love

I have decided that Moss Rib is one of my favorite things EVER. It's a simple technique, first of all, and while it doesn't seem to knit up as quickly, it's just so gosh darn SOFT!

since I let off steam regarding the marketing of "natural" fibers that are actually manmade extruded polymers of various kinds...

My first scarf - advice

Misleading marketing

the new "natural" fibers bug me. Just ran into someone enthusing about the ethical benefits of knitting with corn/Ingeo yarns - since it was "natural and renewable".
