I needed a quick final Christmas present for a friend that doesn't really like to wear wool. I found this, the Victorian Spring Scarf, it's in an Aran weight mostly viscose yarn. I swear, three nights and it was done. There's nothing like #9 needles and some thickish yarn. The pattern was supper easy and the viscose blocks beautifully. The color isn't showing up well on my screen but it's a pale silvery blue.

Thanks guys! I hope my freind likes it. I know I purchased at least eight different yarns fretting over the color. She's one of those "I can't wear this or that color" and I can never remember the list of colors she claims she can't wear.

It blocked out at 7" x 65" I think. The viscose doesn't want to stretch out quite as much as wool. I thought I'd get around 72" in length but it just wasn't to be.
