
Well it's only 12/5 and I've finished the shawl I was knitting for my wife's Christmas gift. This shawl was knit using Seasilk yark (wow - talk about nice drape and great feel, definitely this is a winner). I did 6.75 pattern repeats. Yeah not enough yarn for the seven the pattern suggests. But I don't think you can tell and as for size it's perfect for her smallish frame. (It's about 66" x 30").
A very easy pattern.
