Like an appendectomy. puts a cramp in the lifestyle - but i HAVE HAD MY KNITTING dellivred so hope to be in a better mood soon.

I certainly hope you feel better and heal well.

...and in complete agreement with all of the other guys here...post-surgery knitting is the best medicine.

...besides, Vicodin just makes ya hallucinate.

Post surgery knitting is a

Post surgery knitting is a requirement. The day after I had a lump removed from my jaw the surgeon came to see me in my room and I was working on a sock. He figured I was well enough to be sent home.

Hope you are feeling better

Hope you are feeling better soon! And hope this doesn't mess up your busy time of the year! I have a friend whose wife just ended up in the hospital after a head on collision, she will be laid up a long time and trust me she won't be doing any knitting with a broken hand and arm. Get well soon!

Mario, best wished for a fast and uneventful recovery! I was recently hospitalized and did NOT have my knitting and it was a nightmare, sitting in that uncomfortable bed for hours and hours with nothing to do. Glad you knitting recovery kit is on the way!
