Jared Flood, aka Brooklyn Tweed brought his attractive self and siblings to Yarn Garden in Portland for a book signing. I didn't want the book...(It's mostly women's stuff, and I don't need it). but it was nice to meet him: He (and his brothers) are a very charming, attractive bunch. (Unfortunately, he's taken and his brothers brought girlfriends, wife and baby in tow... I JUST CAN'T WIN. (kidding).

I did get a little blush in his cheeks when I said...I hope this photo doesn't look like my usual "We're pleased to announce the engagement of..." pictures.

I like Jared and I'm jealous you got to meet him in person. We've actually emailed back and forth a few times; we share a love for the cooler (dare I say 'cold') weather of this time of year.

...actually, I agree too, you look cuter...not that he doesn't look good himself...

Congratulations...glad you got to meet him.

my twin supports his wife's knitting, spinning and weaving because that allows him to spend money on woodworking tools...LOL
He's very generous with any craft supplies.
