I apologize but the picture sucks and does not do it justice. I was going to have a neighbor model it but then I needed to ship it fast.

I am not one for hubris but I was proud of this poncho. It is probably the nicest thing I have made. To me it had a Victorian feel to it. The slight ruffle on the bottom added nicely.

Thanks Robert for allowing me to knit this. My 83 year old Mother who received it for her Birthday was so happy.

I can see the Victorian feel that you're talking about. I like that a LOT.

This is just one of the things that EZ has inspired -- especially with the near written official orders to take what she presents and make it One's own.

That is really beautiful. I am always impressed with knitted things that keep us warm. I can picture your mother wearing this and being so proud of her son. Tell us more about the pattern and the yarn.
