Well I haven't logged into this site for a couple of years now since I have been busy. I finally have the time now to get back into fiber arts. I'm wondering if there are any guys that are into quilting as well as knitting? I would like to meet some. I live in Northern California.

I'm nowhere near California
I'm nowhere near California anymore, but I quilt quite a bit, as well as teach quilting, more so than I knit (although I knit on the subway all the time). If you're ever in New York City :-)

I knit and crochet on the subway as well. I always get "I used to do that" comment. Do you?
Wanted to learn quilting
Wanted to learn quilting from my aunt Lorraine - a phenomenal quilter - but she moved away and I never got to. So, I knit...amongst other fiber related crafts. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

I am no where near close nor experienced, but I was dabbling in it. I hand sewed atop and a back and started to hand quilt the pieces. But with limited hours in the day...I have not done anything with it since last winter.
Someday my goal is to finish. I would love to snuggle up in something like that!
I wish that I could make it
I wish that I could make it but I am a 6 hour drive north of San Francisco!1
Is that not Canada? ;-)
