
I'm so slow I could only get one square done for the blanket. I chose the Candle Flame pattern out of A Treasury of Knitting Patterns. I've always been inspired by Dylan Thomas' Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night and picked a pattern I thought would serve as a symbol of what that poem commands.

I really like this pattern. The color of yarn shows off the detail beautifully. I think this would also make a great afgan or scarf pattern. Great work!

Your square is beautiful, I too, was only able to complete one square. I tried photographing it but the dark navy color just didn't do well.
