Recommendation needed

Hi, Guys ---

Does anyone know of a book that has good instructions for a beginning continental knitter? A friend of mine wants me to teach him to knit. Since I knit continental, I want to teach him that method. All recommendations welcome! Thanks!

--- NC Knitter (wondering how he accumulated well over a hundred knitting books and can't find a single one that includes continental knitting instructions!)

Mary Walker Phillips has

Mary Walker Phillips has good, clear instructions. However, I learned from a children's book that isn't in print anymore, so can't help too much. I know several of the video clips on the internet are pretty clear, too. Lots of luck. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

Stitch 'n Bitch. It's fun

Stitch 'n Bitch. It's fun and easy to understand. I also knit continental. I orginally learned English but switched with the help of that book and really started knitting. Good luck teaching.
