I just finished a baby bunny blanket and the head of the bunny needs to be stuffed.
Are there different types of stuffing? Is there something that would be recommended since it is for a baby?
I've never done this before.
there are several types of stuffing - you want the loose stuff; and yes, you want the polyester, not the "natural cotton" because the polyester is washable! It also doesn't lump as much as cotton.
If you have a choice of two brands and one is hypoallergenic - go with that.
basic polyester batting from the fabric store. The loose kind in bags...not the yardage on a roll meant for quilting...although that will work if you tear it apart.
