Fake Isle Hat
I am not happy with this hat. I followed the instructions for the decreases and I think it is about 10 rows too long. This will be for my Father for Christmas.

I've made a couple of those
I've made a couple of those hats, and the top came out pointed. However, after I blocked them, the top rounded out. Has the one in the picture been blocked? You really did a great job. I think it looks fab just as it is.
I can understand you being
I can understand you being dissatisfied with the finished result if the hat did not turn out the way you wanted. However, I think it looks great and the Fair Isle design does your skills credit.
