My first pair!

Well here they are guys just finished my first pair.

Took me just over a week to do and I am really chuffed. In answer to you question JPaul, yeah the yarn I used was opal and I used 2.5mm dpn's. Cant wait to start me next pair.

Thanks for all you guys for your encouraging comments I've recieved. Nice to chat to other men who share the same passion  for knitting.

Those socks are gorgeous!  Great job.  One of these days, I may have to try my hand at socks.
