Philly knit shops??

Hi folks,

I'm traveling to Philly for the end of the week and weekend. Do any of you have any recommendations about Philly yarn shops to visit?? I'll be in downtown, mostly.

I think you should definitely go to Loop - a yarn shop owned by a man. It's a beautiful store located at 1914 South Street. Their web site is:

There are others, including Sophie's Yarns at 713 S. 4th. Street. Their web site is: http://www.sophiesyarns.com/

And, Rosie's Yarn Cellar at 2017 Locust Street ... http://www.rosiesyarncellar.com/

But if you can only get to one, I'd head for Loop.
