Just a shot in the dark, but is anyone from on here going to be at Out & Equal's Summit in Austin? Or know of any good LYS near the convention center??? I need some nice new yarn...

DO NOT MISS Hill Country Weavers! It's a terrific shop south of downtown. They are very knowledgeable and have a great selection. They are worth a cab ride if it's not near where you're meeting, absolutely!

Hi Brad,

You guys do get around! Austin's a fun place. I was there about a year ago for a long weekend. Didn't run into any yarn stores, though (now that I think about it, I can't believe that I didn't go looking! Next time...). I did drink a whole lotta lattes and eat a whole lotta organic brown rice.

It's fun. I hope you have a good time there.
