Hi
Some years ago I lost the interest for painting with my brushes. I was frustrated because I wanted to work with colours in a different way. One day I was studying one of my black and white graphic prints and I thought............this could actually become a knitting pattern. I started to work the pattern and suddenly I had made this jacket.
It is knitted in different textured cotton yarn. Not long after I knitted this jacket I got an offer for an exhibition in a art gallery. I made a knitting project exhibition, and if there is any interset of seeing more photos from this project, I can post some.
I built the whole knitting project exhibition on one pattern, and I chose the colours for the garmets after words like: fog, snow, spring etc. I also did some embroideries that matched.
In this photo, a friend of mine was the model.

Hi knitmaniac
Thank you for your comment. This was the start of the knitting project so the back is simply green, the same as the arms. For the exhibition I also made the pattern go around front and back and lots of colours.
