Changing Face Pic

Perhaps I'm just dense today, but no matter what I try, I can't change my face pic. I try deleting the current one, which works, but when I try to upload a new one, the old one shows back up, and not the new one.

I've checked to make sure I'm trying to upload the correct pic, and even moved it to a new location. Help!

I have on occassion had this

I have on occassion had this happen if the filename is the same for both the old and the new picture. Try changing the second filename.

after the upload - when you return to your profile. press the F5 key.

I know this is far from a recent post, but may I just say "bless you" I was going crazy trying to figure out why the site wouldn't take my new pic. F5 was way too easy, it was also brilliant. Thanks

Thanks for trying! I'm sure there is a perfectly good reason for this. Probably has to do with frogging, I'm sure.

Not sure what you tried but

Not sure what you tried but here are the steps that SHOULD work:

Click on "My Account"

Click on the "Edit" button

Scroll down to "Delete Picture" and click the box

Scroll all the way down and click the Submit Button.

Then go back into Edit your account and Browse and Upload your new picture.

Is that what you tried?

As a computer guy, that's what I'd try. Delete the old picture first, then add a new one. If the old one doesn't delete, or does and that doesn't work, and there are no wierd symbols in the name, then it's a problem with the site.
