I have a friend that wants a simple (good for me) stocking cap pattern that rolls to form a brim. I've said before that I will not knit anything that has to fit...so I'm already in trouble. Therefore this pattern must be VERY easy and very stretchable (so that it will fit no matter how big or small I make it). Anybody here have a pattern they love that they can recommend.

Check out the collection at knittinghelp.com.... about halfway down on the right there is a rolled-brim hat. Once you see the basic design I'm sure its easy to change colors or add stripes on your own.
