Scarf for a Friend

I just wanted to share a picture of a scarf I've been working on. I finished it up yesterday, and I really love it. I plan on giving it to a friend who has been hinting at a pink scarf for a while now. I would study for the bar for a few hours, then knit a few rows, and repeat. This thing was surprisingly fast to knit. How fitting that I finished it right before the bar. Wish me luck tomorrow!

okay - obscure reference - but hope everything turns out excellently!

Chalk me up as another who wants to know what the pattern is, becdause I'm intrigued by the texture used to frame the elements.
