Here's the beginnings of my exchange scarf. I searched through all sorts of patterns, thought of doing something NEW and then realized one of the best scarves I ever did was this one because: a)it's reversible b) it lies beautifully flat which no curling issues c) it lends itself well to changing size/gauge/etc. I am doubling a dk on #9s Filatura di Crosa 501 superwash-so soft and cushy feeling. I'm making it a little wider so that it can be folded if desired. The color does not photograph well. It's actually "greige"- a wonderful blend of pale grey/beige/taupe. A nice project that goes along easily and is fun to pick up and put down in between more "intense" projects.

This looks great - I like the fact that it's reversible... and doesn't curl, unlike the scarf I'm knitting! This is an interesting colour too!
