Here's are some shots of the Celtic Cable Beanie from "Son of a Stitch 'n Bitch" I just finished up for my neighbor's birthday. At first I swore (a lot) and vowed never to knit it again, but after some froggin' and a little practice, I caught on and have decided I would knit this hat again.

I used Mission Falls 1824 Wool, which is a nice 100% merino superwash, but I think I'll try something that's less slippery next time. Other than that, I'm very pleased with how it turned out. I believe the birthday boy (man actually) will be quite happy with his gift.
