I should have also explained that you need to scan the photo into your computer, and then tell the software where the picture is located. It then creates a chart based on your photo.
I went to an exhibit in NY a few years back and there was a company that had created a website to do exactly this. You can find it at
http://www.microrevolt.org/knitPro/. I tried it myself back when I first found it. It takes some playing with to get it to work, but it does in fact work. Good luck!
