It's one of the most difficult things to find your own typos. Whenever I write a pattern, I have at least 2 other people review it and/or knit it before I distribute widely.
My mind is amazingly quick at inserting missing stitches or instructions.
*grin* and that's why MMarioKKnits was created. It really helps to have a bunch of other eyes and brain cells going over things.
Now if I could stop coming up with new ideas for patterns.....
