I'll bet you could learn more from old Ganseys found in a Scotsd thrift store than you'd EVER get from this book. Speaking of which, I have a really nice book on the history of Ganseys and the patterns for various ports in Scotland if you're interested in looking for the book: Really nicely explains how to custom create your own Gansey.
