Off topic--wish me luck!
Hey guys,
A while back I wrote about an audtition:
"This is not related to knitting at all, but I wanted to get all the good wishes I could headed my way....so if you'd be so kind, send some good thoughts/ prayers/ offerings/ tonglen/ whatever you're inclined to send my way that I give the best audition I can...

MMario reminded me that I hadn't updated you on what happened. Your thought were definitely with me that day: I gave a great audition. They liked it, I liked it. I was proud of what I'd done. Unfortunately someone else was "more what they were looking for" which was totally out of my control. So, the short answer is: I didn't get the part. BUT, they are keeping me in the file and the were very complimentary of me and my work. Short of the part, it's about all I can ask.
Thanks for your good wishes and I will keep you up to date on my "other" career.

I didn't know there were
I didn't know there were that many who liked Glass. I have a 10-cd changer in the car and 9 of the discs are Glass (The Photographer, Koyaanisqatsi, Powaqqatsi, Naqoyqatsi, Anima Mundi, 1000 Airplanes on the Roof, Einstein on the Beach (3 discs)). Best wishes and much success to you!!! Be sure to post when it's scheduled. One of my goals is to see a Glass performance live.
