Drew: As a knitter, sometimes I envy cold climates such as yours. But only sometimes, such as upon seeing a lovely wool sweater I'd like to make. Knitting can be a bit frustrating for us in Sacramento, California, where knitters become familiar with cotton yarns. But all things considered, our weather is super. Your knitting is very attractive.

Love it! It's an excellent

Love it! It's an excellent example of garter stitch jackets, from the look of it. Have you read Elizabeth Zimmerman's writings on garter stitch? She got interested in garter stitch and designed for use of the stitch fairly often. Worth reading over.
