I just finished my first slipper (that's singular, not a pair) and it turned out crappy. Know of any favorite EASY patterns for a beginner that are as foolproof as possible?
I too do my own charity knitting. Teddy bears for African children impacted by HIV/AIDs with the Mother Bear Project, Hats for the Homeless, and blankets for Keep America Warm. Your project is great and worthy of support but I don't have the time right now to take on a fourth charity project. Good luck!

I would love to help, but I am just now about to start my very first pair of socks. So, I don't think you would want any slippers from me. Now, dishcloths, on the other hand.....I got ya covered there! Let me know if you need any. Also, what about scarves or afghans?
