btw, pending a move to Las Vegas for grad school (in music/recording), are there knitters out there? I know that's absurd, but if I can't find yarn in vegas, I'll go nuts! :)

A big advantage being able

A big advantage being able to back your own singing....I can't play a shaky egg let alone anything complicated like a triangle....*grin*

really should get some tracks up on myspace though...really should get back into a studio...

Used to live in Vegas and

Used to live in Vegas and was there just last year to visit my brother. Wooly Wonders http://www.woolywonders.com/ is on E. Tropicana and Pecos not too horribly far from UNLV if that is where you are going to be taking courses. Also there is Gail Knits http://www.gailknits.com/ , and Two Crazy Ladies Yarn Shop both are on West Sahara not too far from each other. Also they have a Joann's and Michael's if you get desperate. I'm sure there are others, but those are just the ones I know of. I loved Vegas, just a horrible place to raise children, anything else ya wanna know about the place? I'm a fount of information!
