I had heard tell of an upcoming Knit In in Milton, WI sponsored by the Janesville Knitting Guild. Information has been slow in the finding, but just today I received an e-mail from one of their members. She is trying to get me connected to the registration folks. I will pass info along as I get it for those interested.
February 8-9-10, 2008 in Milton, WI (at the old college)
The Janesville Knitting Guild is hosting a three day Knit In. They will be hosting Beth Brown-Reinsel of www.knittingtraditions.com She is an advocate for knitting traditional styles using historical fibers! She teaches classes on Norwegian Garments & Techniques, Swedish Garments & Techniques, Danish Garments, Ganseys, Arans, Fair Isle Garments, Mittens & Gloves and Intarsia. Check out her web site for more information.
I am currently in the process of trying to secure Registration information from the Knitting Guild.
If this is something that interests you, be sure to save the dates...
