Double point crochet circular needles..... can u knit with them also.... if is will it be the same as u are knitting with regular circular knitting needles beside these have hook on them.......

Yes, I think you would be able to quite well. Actually I think some company makes a circular needle where one needle is a crochet hook and the other end is a regular knitting needle.
