I just had to do one border on this to finish it. It is done in Jamieson and Smith Shetland wool on 3.25 mm needles. I used three different shades of green for the background and used a Faroese pattern in natural black. Patterned vests are so warm because they have the double thickness. Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends.

This is beautiful and the colourway is gorgeous. I love the muted background.
Lovely work and great color
Lovely work and great color choices! As soon as I finish my current alpaca sweater I'm going to knit a fair isle vest for MYSELF instead of for gifting (for a change). Your vest is a great inspiration!

Excellent work, as always!
Excellent work, as always! I like the blended colourway background with the single colour pattern overlay. I'd not considered a sleeveless cardie before but having seen this beautiful garment, I'm getting inspired! Thanks for sharing your skilled workmanship.
