i lost all of my hard work when my cable broke on my circular's needles. it broke here the cable join with the needle

You should send the broken

You should send the broken needles back to the company if they're pretty new, or if you haven't used them much. That is a defective product, and they should at least know that there's a bad batch out there and if they're able to they should refund you or give you a new set of needles.

If you have another circular

If you have another circular needle of the same size, just carefully transfer the stitches from the old broken needle onto the new needle and you're back in business. Hint: Always have multile circular needles of the same size. Or if you use, the Knit Picks Options circs, just have extra cables.
