There's a nice picture of a rather handsome young man showing a very nice knitting related tattoo on his chest in the "Knitting Man(ual)" book.

My next ink might just be knitting related. 'd actually like to get the MWK logo. Would that be copyright infringement?

That will all depend on WHERE I get the tattoo!!! I already have a tattoo of the male symbol. I might be able to get it altered. It's almost 20 years old now.

It's a mixture of some

It's a mixture of some royalty-free clip art and some rough graphic design work on my part.

In the early days, I was using a different logo made by a member. The copyright issue was never discussed, so I worked on something in the public domain prior to setting up the CafePress site.

I have some logo modifications in the hopper, so it's likely going to change a bit in coming weeks, but I don't think you should fear a lawsuit from someone else and most certainly not from me!

I passed off the logo to a graphic designer for some cleanup, so hopefully we'll be able to see the results in a week!
