My very first time exploring Google's video search site, and what popped up as "recently added" but a fantastic explanation of the Kitchner Stitch! Well done, easy to see, and clearly explained:

I could have used this about six months ago when I knitted my first pair of socks in years and for the life of me couldn't remember how to graft the toes together. I've since switched to knitting socks toe - up, but this is a very useful video.
