Hey all:

My good friend Mattie is just dying to get into this site, but has had incredible difficulty in doing so.  Both he and I have scoured this site looking for a help desk - him more than I - but have had trouble finding some such.  Anyway - if you're reading - I've pasted his email below - thanks for your help in advance!

I'm trying my hardest to get some help with the menwhoknit.com website. 
I'm not getting any email from the server.  I can request a new
password
that never comes.  I can even register as a new user, but I never get
any email to tell me the new user's password.  I can't post to any of
the forums to ask for help since I can't register or login.   Would you
do me a big favor and, if you're a member, login and post this to the
site stuff forum?  Anyone can contact me for help at
