We're moving to Napa!

We've found a house (bigger than the one in Seattle), I've found a gym and, more importantly, I found a great LYS!

I walked in to Yarns on First in Downtown Napa last week. There were 5 women sitting at a table right up front. I sat down, pulled out my Irish Hiking Scarf and started knitting. Had a blast!

My partner has already started his job. I plan to join him in June...as soon as I figure out what to do with a basement full of yarn!

That is a very nice yarn

That is a very nice yarn shop but very pricey! I go there to find needles and specialty yarns. They are very nice at that store - and did you see the bead store across the street? I found some gorgeous beads to use in my knitting.

All I wanted to do was make an entry about his comment and somehow I created a blog space here! Oops!

Yes, I would have to agree

Yes, I would have to agree that you don't want to move all that stuff into CA. And we will gladly help you out by taking it off your hands. That's the least we can do for you...
Hey!! what am I saying??? I think I already have enough of that stuff! Well, maybe just a little bit more won't hurt ----

CONGRATULATIONS RICK!!!!! I

CONGRATULATIONS RICK!!!!!

I lived in Napa for three years some God-knows how long ago. I loved it. Not much need for air conditioning, not far from San Francisco and be prepared, everytime someone visits it's a tour of the wineries!

Explore, explore, explore and in my opinion the best wines come from just over the hill in the Alexander Valley.

Good for you both!

Chris

PS.

As far as the yarn, give us a chance, we'll take it off your hands for you. You wouldn't want to move all that old stuff into California. They have laws about such things. You need new stuff.
