finally got around to taking some pictures - these have actually been done a while.

It's a good thing though, that I knit better then I take photos.

Christmas Stocking - Wool of the Andes (Knitpick) - on size US 10 needles - felted.

Tricorn Hat - likewise felted - Lopi

Wonderful stuff. I'm glad that you, too, allow your yarn to 'age' sufficiently before actually doing something with it. ;^D It takes awhile for it to mellow and bloom. HA!

I've got yarn that's so 'aged', it's gone from a mellow bloom right on past 'seed'.

unhuh -- the stocking is in

unhuh -- the stocking is in cranberry WOA from knitpicks -- purchased in October '05.

I've decided to let the yarn mature a bit more for the other three I still haven't knit.

MMario - I don't live in the 21st Century - but I sometimes play a character who does.

Two shawls on the needles; a

Two shawls on the needles; a scarf and mutiple projects in the wings - side tracked by the 30 nose warmers, three christmas stockings and the tricorn (about time I did the tricorn - the yarn was bought specifically for the project - 4 years ago next month)
