It's a great pattern but I keep reminding everyone to double check their gauge...it's crucial for a correct fit. I want to knit another pair - maybe more - and have been getting lots of positive comments on them.
Both hat and kilt look good, Andy. Good luck on using up your stash. It can become a problem. I got rid of all mine a few years ago and buy nothing on spec.

Yes Andy the hat looks great as does the kilt have you knit something for under it or are you wearing it in the true Highland fashion lol.

I always wear supportive
I always wear supportive garments under my kilt. If I was doing battle then that is a different story.
