Teaching Again

Several months ago I was asked to teach beginning knitting at a new craft store in my area. The class went well and I was hoping to get a few gigs there occasionally. Well, that was in March of this year and I had just about given up on the venue. Then last week they emailed me that lots of people want to learn more about knitting, so I offered my services again. In just one evening I created the Fuzzy Braided Cable Scarf you see below. I will be teaching how to do cables in this class and using the great yarn you see. It is Lion Brand Quick and Cozy. I wrote up the pattern, but am not ready to post as I want to do a second scarf, this time as a cowl. It will be easy to do either adaptation of the pattern and I will post it to Ravelry when I finish the modifications. Enjoy the pics. This is a great last minute gift idea!
