I know how you feel! I ordered about 15 patterns from the site, and I've knitted up a few of them. I've used fingering weight wool for some of them, even though it doesn't knit up to precisely the same tension you can just follow the pattern for a couple of sizes bigger and the proportions work out the same. The vest you knitted looks great! Good luck, and have fun!
