Hemlock Finished

I finished my Hemlock Ring Blanket, and have been waiting for it to finish blocking at the yarn shop.

Unfortunately, they weren't able to block out some of the "ruffle" in the fabric, but I still love it. And it will be incredibly snuggly once the weather goes cold again.

Now, I have two weeks exactly to finish Mom's sweater (4 more rows on body, then both sleeves) which she knows she's getting for her birthday, and the cowl which she doesn't know she's getting.

Oh, and finals fall in there, too.

That turned out very nice. As it gets used and washed, it might loosen up a bit more and block better in the future. -- Books, knitting, cats, fountain pens...Life is Good.

I am so glad to see the

I am so glad to see the finished product, oddly enough I am doing the same blanket in the same wool but different colour. I am going to change the border to a shaped lace thingy which will add about 4 inches to the diameter. Well done it looks amazing.
